WOOLLEY GREEN

a wonderful new space which integrates the house into the garden, using an elegant timber frame structure, bringing natural light in through large windows and rooflights.

This contemporary new living space extends a characterful 18th Century family house in Woolley Green. Originally a Weaver’s cottage, the house is full of charm and history – our design creates a wonderful new space which integrates the house into the garden, using an elegant timber frame structure and bringing natural light in through large windows and rooflights. A beautiful green roof softens the new roof line, and natural Oak shingles will weather to a silvery grey to complement the historic stone of the house
