A new 24hr secure gym in a purpose built building to reflect the dynamic approach to fitness.

This new 8,500sqft fitness space for The Gym Group in South Ruislip is locate in a new purpose built building that reflects our client’s dynamic approach to fitness.

The space is on two levels which follow the contour of the land and allow the gym to be naturally separated into different activity spaces such as free weights or functional fitness zones.

The project was completed just before the lockdown so we weren’t able to open it to the public immediately however a long time was spent during the lockdown to looking at the layouts, equipment and how we can ensure that as much of the kit as possible is available whilst also ensuring the safety of members and adhering to social distancing guidelines. The gym eventually opened in August and since then response has been overwhelming positive about the space and Covid 19 precautions.
